As a Full-Time Software Engineer at Microsoft Egypt, I transitioned from my internship to take profound ownership of the Clarity Flutter SDK. My core focus shifted towards achieving complete native feature parity, architecting robust release pipelines, and drastically pushing the boundaries of the SDK's performance.

This role challenges me to build highly scalable, production-ready tools that seamlessly track user analytics without compromising runtime efficiency or device memory.

Key Contributions:  

  • SDK Feature Parity: Engineered critical missing features by benchmarking against native iOS/Android SDKs, ensuring a flawless and consistent analytics experience across all platforms.
  • Massive Performance Gains: Completely optimized image processing algorithms by resizing images prior to encoding (yielding 50% smaller sizes) and improving hash encoding to achieve ~20x faster processing speeds.
  • Advanced Hit-Testing: Designed and implemented a custom, high-precision hit-testing mechanism to overcome framework limitations, significantly improving gesture detection accuracy.
  • CI/CD & Automation: Architected and deployed a tailored release pipeline using Azure DevOps to streamline release cycles, and fortified the QA pipeline by increasing unit test coverage to 20% using Appium and Selenium.
  • Customer Success & Reliability: Successfully diagnosed and resolved 7+ critical, multi-priority customer-reported issues related to SDK integration, maintaining rigorous service reliability.
